J.A. Seidman, Jenny and Katryn, graphic, 1984 and 2004

Jenny and Katryn Schoen were killed by a parcel bomb in Angola in June, 1984; they had lived in exile in Gaborone until late 1983. Jenny was an ANC cadre and a trade union organiser; her daughter Katryn was six years old at the time she died.

A black and white version of this poster was made by Judy and Thami Mnyele for the memorial service held in Gaborone in 1984; the colour version was made as a memorial twenty years later.
